Abstract submission deadline: 15 November, 2024

Notification of acceptance: by 20 December, 2024

Early bird registration – from 1st January 2025 to 16th March 2025

Full fee registration – from 17th March to 30th April 2025

Conference: 22-23 May, 2025

Early bird - from 8th January to 16th March 2025

ESREA member: 130 €

Non-member: 180 €

Student: 80 €

Full fee registration – from 17th March to 9th May 2025

ESREA member: 160 €

Non-member: 210 €

Student: 100 €

The conference fee includes conference materials, lunches and coffee breaks. The conference dinner (on 22 May) will be optional and is not included in the conference fees. We will inform you about registration options for the conference dinner at a later date. The dinner must then be paid for directly on site.

How to register:

  1. Please register via Email to esrea.migration@uni-graz.at. We need your full name and institutional affiliation (if available), your email address and the category of payment (ESREA member, student, etc.). With your registration you confirm that we are allowed to share your contact details with the other visitors during the conference (list of participants). If you do not wish this, please send us an explicit message.
  2. Please pay your conference fee to the following account and be sure to enter the NUMBER/CODE below in the purpose field, otherwise the money cannot be registered for the conference!
  3. Registration is valid upon payment of the conference fee.

After we have received your payment, you will get a confirmation via Email. 

If the conference fee poses a barrier to your participation, please reach out to us via email. We may be able to allocate a small amount of funding to assist in such cases.

Cancellation conditions: 

75% refund until 16 March

50% refund until 21 April, no refunds after this date.

Please send us an email in case you wish to cancel your registration.
